1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites, employee portals, customer build configurators, and API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access our services.

2. Customer Contact Integrity, Anti-Fraud & Burner Email Prohibition

To protect our systems, prevent fraud, and maintain legitimate commercial transactions, all customers, buyers, and account holders are required to provide complete, authentic, current, and verifiable contact details.

• Prohibition of Disposable / Burner Emails: The use of disposable, temporary, anonymized, forward-masked, or burner email domains (including but not limited to @mailer.me, tempmail, 10minutemail, guerrillamail, throwawaymail, or any automated disposable email services) is strictly prohibited. Any order, account registration, or transaction placed using a disposable or burner email address is classified as a fraudulent exploit and is subject to immediate and unconditional cancellation, voiding, and deletion without notice.
• Prohibition of False, Disconnected, or Spoofed Phone Numbers: Customers must provide a genuine, active, callable telephone number. Orders placed with invalid, disconnected, fictional, non-working, or automated VoIP burner numbers will be rejected or cancelled immediately.
• Identity & In-Store Pickup Verification: For all in-store pickup orders, commercial hardware handoffs, and installation services, we reserve the right to require a matching government-issued photo ID and the physical payment card used at checkout prior to releasing any goods. Failure or refusal to provide verification will result in immediate cancellation.
• Cancellation Without Liability: Truck Guy Upfitters LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel any order, revoke access, and refuse service to any individual or entity providing false, misleading, or unverifiable contact credentials without incurring any liability, damages, or fulfillment obligations.

3. Authorized Use & Access

• Employee & Administrative Console: Access to internal tools, wholesale pricing data, inventory feeds, and distributor ordering is strictly restricted to authorized employees and verified staff with valid credentials.
• Customer Build Configurator: Consumers and commercial clients may utilize our build configurator to explore vehicle accessories, estimate installation pricing, and submit quote requests.
• API Access & Rate Limiting: Unauthorized scraping, automated DDoS attacks, penetration testing without consent, and bypassing security controls or authentication middleware are strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, proprietary catalog layouts, codebases, and media assets displayed on parler.cloud and affiliated sites are the intellectual property of Truck Guy Upfitters LLC or licensed from respective manufacturer partners (e.g. CURT, Rough Country, Putco, Ranch, Venturous, Worksport, Rugged Radios). You may not reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute content without prior written permission.

5. Pricing, Estimates, Order Errors & Cancellations

Product specifications, inventory availability, and pricing displayed via our storefront, configurators, and APIs are provided in good faith based on real-time distributor data feeds. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, data feed anomalies, or pricing glitches at any time without prior notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price (including but not limited to $0.00, erroneous zero-margin, or inverted discount calculations), Truck Guy Upfitters LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products, whether or not the order has been confirmed, processed, or marked as paid. If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, no merchandise will be fulfilled or shipped, and any funds actually collected will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

Official final quotes, labor rates, and installation appointments are finalized upon physical vehicle inspection and confirmed written work orders at our Seneca, SC facility.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Google Services

Our platform integrates with third-party service providers, including Google OAuth and Google Business Profile APIs. By using connected services, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and applicable third-party platform policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services on parler.cloud are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truck Guy Upfitters LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, network delays, or API unavailability.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oconee County, South Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted directly to this URL with a revised effective date.
